Motor Biking - Cycling


Enjoy the great Canadian Shield outdoors by cycling with your own "leg power" or with "horsepower" if you bring your motorcycle then relax in our outdoor hot tub and enjoy your comfortable room. Packages include accommodation and TRANS CANADA TRAIL pin and map. Cycling is fantastic along the Ahmic Lake Road or the Old Nipissing Road, part of the TRANS CANADA TRAIL and DISCOVERY ROUTES which are scenic and you can pick a route that suits your own level of challenge.
Quiet Bay Log Motel is a great place to make your base for some great touring, especially in the fall when the colours are breathtaking.





ATV'ing


Bring your quad - Quiet Bay Log Motel offers a great base for atv adventures. Explore the crown land around Magnetawan and surrounding area. Check out the Trans Canada Trail or the Old Nipissing Road. Enjoy a fun filled day on the trails then a relaxing hot tub and a comfortable room. Don't forget about the great meals available at the Café next door.

Run - Walk - Hike


Mix exercise and wildlife viewing on the scenic trails by walking, running or hiking. The town of Magnetawan (only 7 km. away) is located along the TRANS CANADA TRAIL (photo lower right) and DISCOVERY ROUTES along the Old Nipissing Road (photo upper right). The Dam Trail by the Locks or the Cornelia Trail (photos left) by the Magnetawan Golf Course are other great options - and don't forget to bring your camera. The annual MABA Run (Magnetawan Area Business Association) is held the Saturday after Labour Day and attracts many participants in the 5 - 10 - or 21 km event.
